Yoga Retreat in a 14th century castle
Nestled in a UNESCO world heritage site
Located just outside England’s largest and most breathtaking National Park, our March 2027 yoga retreat offers the perfect way to emerge from winter and immerse yourself in nature, movement, and nourishment.
Set within a stunning Grade I listed historic castle-with 12 bedrooms, a dedicated yoga shala and roaring log fires, this award-winning space is entirely ours.
Flow through a variety of yoga, breath-work, meditation, and movement practices in our shala, and enjoy wholesome, lovingly prepared meals by our chef, Beth. Outside the sessions, you’ll have time to rest or explore the surrounding beauty at your own pace.
Open to all levels, this retreat is perfect for anyone with an interest in yoga, nature, or simply the desire to slow down and reconnect. No prior experience is needed-just an open mind and a willing heart.
Pregnant, post natal, injuries and beginners welcome!

Blencowe Hall is a place that truly feels magical - full of history, warmth, and beauty. It holds a special place in my heart, as the Lake District is where I grew up.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, rest and simply be - without needing to take care of anyone else. You’ll have the freedom to do as much or as little as you need, listening gently to what feels right for you.
Everyone is welcome, just as you are.
