Booking - Lake District Retreat
6-9th March 2026

I am really excited to welcome you on this beautiful retreat, please read the booking policies below:

-A £250 deposit (per person) is required to make your reservation.

​

-This is a non refundable deposit unless I am able to fill your space.  There will be a £50 fee for any major booking changes, refunds or cancellations.

​

-Payment plans are available for all rooms, just drop me a message and we can discuss further. Together we can work out a payment option which suits you best.

​

-Final payment due by 1st Jan 2026. However if this is tricky, please just drop me a message and we can work out a payment plan.

-In the unlikely event that the retreat is not able to go ahead, the retreat will be moved to a future date.

​

-In the unlikely event that Lucy Moffatt is unable to teach the retreat at short notice, for example due to (but not limited to) Covid-19, severe illness or bereavement, Lucy reserves the right to find a replacement teacher.

-What's included in the price: all group yoga classes, all group meals/ hot drinks/snacks at Blencowe Hall, your accommodation, access to all the shared rooms and facilities, any group activities such as walks.

-What's not included in the price: transport to the retreat, transport around the location, travel insurance, alcohol, massages, anything you purchase from local shops/cafes, taxi or car hire.
