Spend 4 nights, 5 days in our beautiful Italian farmhouse, nestled on the enchanting island of Sicily. Surrounded by sweeping sea views, ancient olive groves, and wild prickly pear, this is an invitation to slow down and truly reconnect.
Savour the rhythms of Sicilian life with nourishing, locally grown food, daily yoga, and the simple luxury of time and space. Our saltwater pool offers a tranquil sanctuary to cool off, unwind, and soak in the beauty around you. What to expect
-Luxury Sicilian farmhouse and private salt water pool.
-Luxury en -suite bedrooms (private, double, twin, triple).
- Twice daily yoga practices (Morning vinyasa flow and evening yin/restorative).
-Open air yoga shala with sea views
-Daily breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner - gather together for outdoor dining on the terrace.
-Locally sourced, delicious Sicilian food cooked by local chef.
-Sea views and slow living.
-30 min walk to the beach.
-Located on the south coast of Sicily
- Visit local towns and beaches: Scicli, Modica, Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Siracusa (Use your own transport or book a shared taxi).
-Optional massages with private therapist Charlotte Guezian (not included in retreat price)
-Hot drinks, water and snacks available throughout the day
-The option to do as little or as much as you choose

Getting to the retreat house/Check in
-Nearest airports: Comiso (1 hour drive) and Catania (1.30 drive). Budget airlines fly to and from both airports.
-Getting from the airport to retreat house: You can either join the shared mini bus (extra fee) or hire your own car.
-Nearer the time I will email about flight suggestions and shared mini buses
-Check in: 2pm on 17th October. Check out: 11am on 21st October

9.45am: Buffet style mediterranean breakfast
AM: relax by the pool, head to the beach, have a massage, explore a local town/village, head out for lunch
2pm: Afternoon snacks

6pm-7.15pm: Evening Restorative/Yin yoga
7.30pm: Dinner
Evening: Relaxing, chatting, resting, reading, evening swim/strolls
One evening there will be a night-time meditation/restorative
