4 nights in the quaint village of Nadrupe in Lourinhã, Portugal. Nestled amongst organic fruit trees, a natural eco pool and a large private garden, this retreat will give you the perfect opportunity to unwind in the sunshine, connect with nature, deepen your yoga practice and relax into a slower pace of life. Just 50 mins drive from Lisbon airport and in one of Europe's best surf areas we will practice yoga twice daily, eat locally sourced food, bask in the  surrounding nature of the Portuguese countryside and absorb the local culture.  This retreat is open to anyone who has an interest in yoga and connecting with nature.

Indoor private or shared bedrooms, outdoor private or shared glamping tents, this retreat has accommodation options to suit everyone.

Perfect for a short get away or even combine with a few nights exploring beautiful Lisbon.

What to expect?

  • ​Twice daily yoga, meditation and breath work classes. Morning energising flows, late afternoon slow flows.

  • Home-made vegetarian buffet breakfasts and outdoor dinners at the house (make your own packed lunches for a day of beach/walks/surf/rest)

  • Our own private eco saltwater pool, private gardens with organic fruit trees.

  • Beach swims (10 mins drive away)

  • Surfing options/lessons on some of the best beaches in Europe (lessons booked at retreat house, surf lessons not included in price)

  • Walk to the quant village of Nadrupe for bakery and shop (5 mins)

  • Swim and unwind at the house or adventure out on walks or to the beach, alone or with company.

  • Sound bath - one afternoon we will all immerse in a beautiful sound bath and meditation lead by sound therapist

A rough schedule

8-9.30am:Morning yoga/meditation/breathwork

10-11am: Buffet brunch 

Lunch: Make a packed lunch at breakfast or head to a local beach cafe.

Late morn/Afternoons: beach, pool, relaxing, surfing, walk options. 

5-6.30pm: Afternoon slow flow yoga/meditation

7pm: Dinner, relaxing, board games, star gazing, evening pool swims.

How to get there?

Location of yoga retreat: Nadrupe, Lourinhã, Portugal.

Just 50 mins drive from Lisbon airport

  • Flights between UK airports and Lisbon are very reasonable if booked in advance.

  • I will offer suggested flight times on booking.

  • For those not wanting to hire a car, I will offer a group mini bus or taxi from/to airport if you are joining on the suggested flight. (Between €10-€50 per person depending on group size).

  • You are very welcome to hire your own car and drive.

  • Public transport: there is an excellent connection from Lisbon to Lourinhã via bus (1 hour bus, 8.90€ ). You will need to get to the bus station from the airport which you can do via metro (2.50€ per person) or get a taxi to bus station (5€ - 7€ per taxi). We can pick you up from local bus station for free in Lourinhã.

  • There are private taxi options which you can book at airport or in advance.
