Autumn Awakening: Yoga & therapeutic touch workshop

Sunday 9th November 2025

2-4pm at St.Peter in the forest church E17

Join me, Lucy Moffatt, and the wonderful massage therapist Charlotte Guezian this November for a deeply nourishing two-hour workshop.

Thoughtfully designed, this practice blends one hour of Hatha yoga followed by one hour of restorative yoga, accompanied by breath-work, hands-on assists, and therapeutic touch. An offering to support and nurture yourself as we move into the darker months of the year, when tiredness and achy bodies can leave us feeling stuck.

In an extra warm practice space, we’ll explore yoga postures held with a steady breath, giving you space to deepen into each pose and soften into your breath. As I guide you through the practice, Charlotte - an experienced massage therapist and yoga teacher - will offer gentle adjustments to support your alignment. She will then lead you through an hour of restorative yoga and guided rest, with therapeutic touch to help release tension and invite deep relaxation. The ultimate way to ease towards the Winter.

We’ll gather in a warm, cosy practice space, easing tired muscles and colder joints with comfort and care. This workshop is a chance to pause, replenish, and welcome the season with softness, warmth, and presence. We will end with an offering of warming tea and cake to ease you back into your afternoon.

✨ The workshop will take place in the upstairs room at St Peter-in-the-Forest Church, E17.

🌿 Due to the specialist nature of this offering, spaces are limited to 16 participants.

✨ Suitable for pregnant and postnatal yogis, as well as those with injuries.

This workshop is non refundable unless we are able to fill your space.

Price: £46.50

The November Slow Down

As the light and warmth begin to fade in November, it’s a natural time to turn inward, nurture ourselves, and rest more deeply. This two-hour workshop offers a gentle space to slow down and reconnect through breath work, yoga postures with mindful alignment, breath awareness, deep rest, and nourishing therapeutic touch.

About us

Charlotte Guezian:

https://www.charlotteguezian.com/

"I’ve always been drawn to the power of compassionate touch - the way it helps us feel more at home in our bodies, ease pain, and create space for deep rest and connection.

Over the years, I’ve trained with some of the most inspiring teachers in the field.

These experiences have shaped the way I work — blending techniques from Thai massage, clinical and sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy."

I believe movement, yoga, and breath work can unlock a deep sense of freedom and connection within the body and mind. My teaching encourages exploration over perfection-inviting students to show up just as they are, without judgment or expectation.

With compassion and awareness at the core of my approach, I honour the uniqueness of every body and life experience.
