Booking policies

I am really excited to welcome you on this retreat, please read the booking policies below:

-A £250 deposit (per person) is required to make your reservation. This is a non refundable deposit unless I am able to fill your space. There will be a £50 fee for any major booking changes, refunds or cancellations.

-Payment plans are available for all rooms, just drop me a message and we can discuss further. Together we can work out a payment option which suits you best.

-In the unlikely event that the retreat is not able to go ahead, the retreat will be moved to a future date.

​

-In the unlikely event that Lucy Moffatt is unable to teach the retreat at short notice, for example due to (but not limited to) Covid-19, severe illness or bereavement, Lucy reserves the right to find a replacement teacher. 

​

-What's included in the price: all group yoga classes, all group meals, accommodation, access to the shared facilities.

-What's not included in the price: transport to the retreat, travel insurance, alcohol, massages (you can book with Charlotte), anything you purchase from local shops/cafe.
