I am is an experienced yoga teacher based in Walthamstow, East London, offering grounding classes in hatha, vinyasa, pregnancy, postnatal, and children's yoga.
Each class is an invitation to return home to yourself - to soften your edges, slow the spinning mind, move with more ease, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
I hold a nurturing and inclusive space for all yogis and my teaching honours the belief that yoga is a sacred path of self-discovery and healing, available to everyone.
