Lucy and Yoga
If you've got this far, it means you're interesting in joining this incredibly special retreat. I'm Lucy and I feel extremely grateful to be taking you on this journey into this wonderful retreat space. I have spent a lot of time in North Norfolk over the years and I am always in awe of its calming beauty and diverse wildlife.
I believe that one of the most powerful ways to feel grounded, strong, resilient and happy is to practice yoga and to build connections with other beings and nature. This is the reason I have chosen North Norfolk for our retreat. It is a chance to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and to step back from the complexities of everyday life. A chance to find freedom in the simplicity of nature, nourishing yoga practices and delicious food.
During this retreat we will take time to delve deeper into the practice of yoga/meditation/pranayama, to share our experiences and connect with others. This retreat is all about coming home to ourselves and peeling back some of the layers of everyday life.
The retreat will be accessible to all different types of yogis, ages and body types. We are all uniquely and wonderfully different, therefore I will offer options and variations throughout the practice to suit the differing needs and experiences of our ever changing bodies.

Charli and Yoga
I am very excited to announce that guest yoga teacher and massage therapist Charli Livingstone will be joining us on this retreat. Charli is an incredible teacher and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has trained all over the world with many highly regarded teachers. Charli is a very experienced yoga teacher and massage therapist, working at some of London's best studios.
A few words from Charli....
I want to help you develop your own tools and practices to tap into your inner power, so that off the mat you can go out into the world and do the work you need to do, every day.
When you practice with me you can expect a strong and sweaty, yet generally slow and breath-led flow. I find this an effective way to experience deeper intimacy with the self, as well as to build strength and flexibility with awareness and control. I take inspiration from yogic philosophy (particularly Tantra), and the rhythms of the natural world, as well as all my teachers and my own daily sadhana.
The practice is a journey back to source. An invitation to drink the nectar of movement infused with breath and awareness. Classes are primarily asana (posture) based, and I often weave in meditation, pranayama (breath-work), mudras (energy seals), mantra (sound vibration) and kriyas (purification practices). I offer hands-on assists, but feel free to let me know if you prefer not to have them. There will be opportunities to get playful, as well as to take deep rest.
